In March 2022, the adventure continues with the opening of the restaurant. Like on the streets of Thailand The aim of Anne (in the kitchen) and Franck (in the dining room) is to make you travel, which you will find in the their dishes the flavors of Thailand. Since launching the concept, the duo has been able to build a loyal clientele and tweak the menu based on feedback. “Customers who know Thailand well have already told us several times that they felt like they were there. It’s a pleasure!”, Franck pointed out. A “real menu” for children Anne wanted to offer a “real menu” for children. So he imagined sweet and salty dishes adapted to his palate (not too spicy, of course), but just as tasty.
